What we do

Working with Direct Clients (Business)

Most customers come to us with an established business history. Typically, they already have a website and processes in place. Our task is to understand how we can help their business grow through their website or digital services, or solve existing challenges in their digital presence. These challenges often include business scaling, integrating e-commerce, optimizing content management, or addressing marketing needs.

We had to create a new version of Seller Drive to replace the one that had existed in the company for the last 10 years and had not been updated for a while. It was necessary to adjust Seller Drive to the current business processes of Emex DWC and their technological system.

Stages of Collaboration with Us:

Gathering Business Requirements

At this stage, we conduct a high-level assessment of the project to provide the client with an approximate cost range. We collect the client's business requirements and offer technology recommendations based on the client’s business and digital maturity. It’s critical to understand where the business wants to go and how it plans to scale in the future, as this significantly impacts technology choices. Making the right architectural decisions at the start can prevent numerous problems down the road.An

NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) and an MSA (Master Services Agreement) are signed at this stage.
Pre-Project Analysis

After gathering business requirements, we move to the pre-project analysis stage. This includes meetings, discussions, drafting initial design versions, and creating key Customer Journey Maps.
Design

Next, we move to the final design stage for client approval.
Definition Phase and Signing the SoW

After the designs are approved,  we reassess the project and refine the final budget during the definition phase. The client receives a detailed breakdown of the upcoming work, based on user story estimates. At this stage, we sign the Statement of Work (SoW). The budget includes not only development time but also project setup, communication, project management, testing, etc.
Development

The development phase begins with environment setup and onboarding. This includes introducing the client to the team, establishing communication protocols, defining demo frequencies, and agreeing on the workflow (e.g., sprints or weekly/monthly tasks). Once onboarding is complete, our development team begins working on the project.
Internal testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

When the main development work is finished, we test the product internally before handing it over to the client for UAT. Our goal is to fix all bugs before finalizing the go-live plan and preparing roll-out schedules.
Product Release

The final phase is the product launch. We offer a 30-day warranty after the product is released.
After release, the product moves to the support phase. This is very important since the website is a dynamic product and requires regular health checks.
In addition, after the release, we can also continue to improve the website based on the client's feedback and needs.

We have created many projects in the sports industry, real estate, e-commerce, and fintech, and we excel at working with startups. This experience allows us to save our clients time and money while reducing their risks. We know how to make your product a more effective, modern, and sales-driven tool.
